Returns & Exchange

At Factory Wearoutlet, our primary goal is to ensure 100% customer satisfaction. To support this, we have implemented a comprehensive Return & Exchange policy. Customers can request a return or exchange within seven days of receiving their order.

Important Note: The Exchange or Refund policy does not apply during the Winter Sale.

Exchange Policy:
We are pleased to offer an item exchange service under the following conditions:

• Products must be unused to qualify for exchange.

• Items should be returned in their original packaging.

• Delivery charges are non-refundable for exchanges.
  

To request an exchange, please include a copy of the Factory Wearoutlet packing slip or the order confirmation email and specify the new size or product needed. Please note that availability of items and sizes for exchange cannot be guaranteed.

Return Policy:

Customers are eligible for a return only if the item received is damaged. In such cases:

• Factory Wearoutlet will cover the delivery charges.

• A copy of the packing slip or the order confirmation email must be included, indicating the requested replacement size or product. (Please note that availability of items and sizes for replacement is not guaranteed.)

• Customers may also request a refund under these circumstances.
